E quando nos preparamos para fechar mais um ciclo do calendário, assisto também ao fecho de um ciclo criativo e profissional, com o lançamento das novas barrinhas “Despertar de Buda” da Iswari. Foi um projecto no qual tive a oportunidade de participar, colaborando para o desenvolvimento e criação das receitas para as barrinhas. Começou há praticamente um ano e agora, por fim, materializa-se à frente dos nossos olhos! Tenho que agradecer ao Miguel Boucinha e ao Gonçalo Sardinha pela confiança e paciência com que me brindaram e apoiaram.
É um sentimento muito especial ver nascer um produto como este, que tal como todos os produtos da Iswari, é delicioso e muito saudável. Estas barrinhas são a versão snack pronto a comer dos “Despertar de Buda” e estão disponíveis em 3 sabores: cacau, maca e baunilha, açaí e morango. São veganas, cruas, sem glúten e biológicas!

As we reach the end of another calendar cycle, I also see a creative and professional cycle come to full term. The Iswari energy bars are here! I had the chance to be a part of this project, collaborating for the creation and development of the recipes and it was an amazing experience. It started practically one year ago and now it has materialised in front of my own eyes! I’m very grateful To Miguel Boucinha and Gonçalo Sardinha for their gift of patience and trust.
It’s a very special thing to witness the birth of a product like this. These bars are from the same line as the “Buddha’s awakening” products and are available in 3 different versions: cacao, vanilla and maca, strawberry and acai. It’s vegan, gluten-free, raw and organic. It’s already available in Portugal at the Celeiro stores and it will soon be available in many other countries. I hope you get the chance to try this wonderful snack!
