What is it?
It’s a very simple yet profound energy transmission to the Womb – the energy center of creation and creativity – with the intention of releasing the suffering, fear and pain that has been carried from womb to womb, generation after generation.

As these heavy energies are cleared, in a deep and conscious process of releasing old wounds and beliefs, new space is created for joy, sensitivity, creativity, pleasure, vitality and all facets of your feminine energy.
Through this beautiful ritual, you are invited to initiate deep healing within yourself and within your female ancestral line.
This blessing empowers women to reclaim their place in the world as conscious and wise leaders, teachers, and healers.

The rite was born from the female shamans of the Shipibo Nation deep in the Amazon Jungle and it was transmitted to Marcela Lobos, as the 13th Rite of the Munay Ki. She was chosen to share it with the rest of the world. And each woman who receives the Rite is initiated as a Womb Keeper and so is invited to pass it to others.

Meditation is a practice that allows you to shift the vision you have of yourself and of life. Through meditation you can stop being constantly triggered! It’s a tool to regain awareness, peace, balance and contentment.

This practice is available to everyone, regardless of lifestyle or abilities. But due to lack of guidance and support, a lot of people who try meditation feel that they’ve failed and end up giving up.

That’s why I created this course.
This is a very practical and simple course to help you become acquainted with several types of meditation so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and then create a consistent personal practice.

This course is for anyone who feels the need for:
– more inner peace
– more mental and emotional balance
– relaxation and letting go, in general
– living more focused and inspired

There are many different types, styles and traditions of meditation. There’s also quite a bit of confusion and misinformation about what effectively is meditation and what it is not. And that leads to problems with expectations and ideas of what you should experience when meditating. That was my biggest motivation for creating this online course – to bring you a good support in the early stages of this journey, guiding you in understanding the challenges you may encounter and also finding the best solutions for you.


It was through this practice that I have slowly but radically transformed my own life. I started over 10 years ago and have been nurturing it ever since with many different types of meditation and training.

This has allowed me and so many others to learn that you are not your restless and erratic thoughts – and that your mind is a lot more useful when you’re the one using it instead of allowing it to completely control you.


With this simple practice you’ll be inviting into your life more relaxation, clarity, positivity, happiness and even better health.

To put it simply, when you meditate it’s a lot easier to succeed at living in the present moment, being centered and enjoying your life with a positive perspective.

There are many studies that show that a regular meditation practice produces many benefits for mental and physical health, like:
-Decreased blood pressure and hypertension
-Lowered cholesterol levels
-Reduced production of “stress hormones,” including cortisol and adrenaline
-Increased production of the anti-aging hormones
-Improved immune function
-Decreased chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia
-Increased memory, concentration and ability to learn
-Increased creativity and problem solving skills
-Increased compassion and ability to manage relationships with mindfulness
-Developing “witnessing awareness”—the ability to calmly and objectively observe a situation, notice when you are being triggered, and consciously choose how you want to respond.

In this 4-week course you’ll learn in simple and practical steps how to practice 3 different types of meditation and how to create and maintain a consistent personal practice.

We will focus mainly on 3 different types of meditation:
-guided meditation
-mindfulness meditation (2 different styles)
-mantra meditation (2 different styles)

You will also learn:
-what meditation is and what it is not
-breathing techniques
-relaxation and embodiment techniques
-mantras and mudras
-postures
-how to create an intention for your practice

Every week you’ll be given suggestions for your personal practice at home.
During the course you will also receive 2 audio files with meditations that you can use forever, as much as you want.
And throughout the duration of the course I will be constantly available (by email) to talk about any doubts, questions or issues you might need support with.

The classes are personalized online classes on zoom, which you may watch on your phone or computer.

If you are not available to watch the live class, you will receive a recording of the class that you may watch as many times as you need to, during the following 4 days.

The course has four 1.5h classes, once a week, for a total of 6 hours.

Esta prática é acessível a toda e qualquer pessoa, independentemente do seu estilo de vida ou capacidades. Mas devido a falta de orientação e apoio, muita gente acaba por desistir ou sentir que falhou quando tenta meditar.

Este é um curso de iniciação prático e simples para que possas escolher o melhor tipo de meditação para ti e criar uma prática pessoal consistente e adequada à tua rotina e às tuas necessidades.

Este curso é para toda e qualquer pessoa que sinta necessidade de:

  • maior paz interna
  • maior equilíbrio emocional e mental
  • relaxar e descontrair a todos os níveis
  • encontrar maior foco e inspiração para a sua vida

Foi com esse intuito que resolvi criar este curso online – para que todas as pessoas tenham um bom suporte para começar a meditar e compreender os seus desafios e encontrar as melhores soluções para cada um.
Meditação é uma prática que transformou lentamente mas radicalmente a minha postura na vida. Foi algo que aprendi a cultivar em mim através de mais de 10 anos de prática pessoal diversificada e com formações que me ajudaram a solidificar os meus conhecimentos.
Foi assim que aprendi que eu não sou os meus pensamentos irrequietos e descontrolados –  e que a minha mente é bem mais útil quando sou eu a usá-la em vez de deixar que seja a mente a controlar-me.
Através desta prática simples, poderás convidar para a tua vida mais relaxamento, clareza, optimismo, felicidade e até saúde.
Resumidamente, quando meditas é bem mais fácil viver no momento presente, centrado, calmo e desfrutar da vida com uma perspectiva positiva.

Já há muitos estudos que mostram que a prática regular de meditação traz vários benefícios para a saúde mental e física, tal como:

  • diminuição de hipertensão e pressão arterial
  • redução dos níveis de colesterol
  • redução da produção das hormonas do stress, como cortisol e adrenalina
  • aumento da produção das hormonas anti-envelhecimento
  • fortalecimento do sistema imunitário
  • diminuição de stress crónico, ansiedade, depressão e insónias

E durante o curso irás receber 2 ficheiros audio com meditações que serão teus para sempre. Eu estou disponível para todo o tipo de esclarecimento, apoio e ajuda durante a duração do curso e também após o seu término (através de email).​

Este curso tem aulas online, personalizadas e em directo, através do Zoom e podes aceder através do computador ou telemóvel.

São 4 aulas de 1 hora, 1 vez por semana, num total de 4 horas.
